   
Felony cases and District Court
Appeal cases are heard in Rockingham Superior Court. Misdemeanor cases and Violation hearings are heard in the District
Courts. There are seven District Courts located in Rockingham
County.
The Supreme Court has
jurisdiction to review appeals from the State trial
courts and from many State administrative agencies.
