WEBB SENTENCE INCREASED BY SENTENCE REVIEW BOARD

 

 

Brentwood -  County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the N.H. Superior Court Sentence Review Board increased the sentence for Jack L. Webb to 7 ½ to 15 years from the 5 to 10 years imposed by the Sentencing Court.  Jack L. Webb (DOB 10/7/52) formerly of 13 Mountain Avenue, Salem plead guilty to Negligent Homicide in connection with the death of Katelyn Contraros, and two counts of Second Degree Assault for the injuries to Peter Guiffre and Marcel Morel resulting from a collision that occurred when an intoxicated Webb crossed into the opposite lane of travel in Windham, NH striking the vehicle containing Contraros, Guiffre and Morel on October 30, 2005.
