Wallace Sentencing Rescheduled

 

Brentwood – December 28, 2007

County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the Rockingham Superior Court has scheduled the sentencing of Derek Wallace for March 3, 2008 at 1 P.M.

In September 2007, Derek Wallace entered guilty pleas to three counts of evading state tax charges and Wallace Enterprises also plead guilty to attempting to evade NH state taxes as part of a negotiated plea.  Wallace is the founder of the now closed Bayview Crematory in Seabrook.
