VAN CUREN CONVICTION UPHELD

Brentwood - County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the N.H. Supreme Court upheld the 13 Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault convictions of ROCKY VAN CUREN (DOB 9/21/58), formerly of 8 Lenox Circle, Derry, NH.  VAN CUREN was convicted by a Jury on February 21, 2006 and is currently serving two consecutive 5 to 10 year sentences at the NH State Prison for these crimes.
