Spinner Conviction Upheld

County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that on January 31, 2008, the N.H. Supreme Court upheld the conviction of Donald Spinner (DOB 2/28/71), formerly of Varney Road, Wolfeboro, NH. 

 

Spinner was convicted of 6 counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault and 1 count of Indecent Exposure. Spinner is currently serving a 20 to 40 year sentence for these crimes.

 

"I am glad that this brings this case to a close and the Court system can go on to other matters.  I want to thank Assistant County Attorney Jerome Blanchard, Advocate Tara Longo and the Candia Police Department for successfully investigating and prosecuting this contentious case", said Jim Reams.
