Supreme Court Upholds Spinner Conviction

 

Brentwood -  County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the NH Supreme Court issued an Order summarily affirming the Order of Judge Groff in the case of State vs. Donald Spinner.  The Defendant had made allegations concerning the behavior of Judge Coffey, which were not justified by the facts of the case.  "This case is a good example of why our system of justice is fact driven and not one driven by rumor, innuendo or spin. When the allegations of the defendant were viewed under the harsh light of reality, they proved to be bogus", said Jim Reams.
