SENTENCING TO RESUME IN DRUG DEATH

 

 

Brentwood -         County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the sentencing hearing for Dante Silva will resume on Thursday, July 19th at 9am.    

On March 15, 2006, Caitlin Brady of Kingston, NH, died from the toxic effects of Heroin.   On April 18, 2007, Dante C. Silva, (DOB 9/14/84) of 48 Highland Street, Newton, was found guilty of Dispensing a Controlled Drug with Death Resulting, which carries a penalty of up to life in prison.
