Rockingham Juries finish work for 2009
Brentwood -
County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that N.H.
Superior Court Juries finished 2009 with guilty verdicts last week in a two
cases.
State
vs. Jamie Colcord of 14 Deep meadows, Exeter,
NH was found guilty of Aggravated
Felonious Sexual Assault upon an unconscious victim in Epping on September 6, 2008.
Assistant County Attorneys Scott Jordan and Jacqueline Docko
prosecuted the case. Colcord is being held at the Rockingham County Jail
pending sentencing.
State
vs. David T. Ligocki (DOB 1/27/73) formerly of 255 Grove
Street, Manchester, was convicted of four counts of First Degree Assault,
Witness Tampering and Falsifying Physical evidence. The charges came out
of a January 9,
2008 Londonderry automobile
accident where Ligocki, who was out on parole, was
driving with a female passenger. Ligocki asked
the passenger to lie to police about who was driving. When the victim
refused he assaulted her knocking out 3 of her teeth, and fracturing two facial
bones of the victim.
Assistant
County Attorneys Patricia Conway and Amy Connolly prosecuted the case.
Ligocki is serving his original sentence pending
sentencing in this case.
No
sentencing date has been set for either case.
