STALKER SENTENCED TO 10 1/2 TO 21 YEARS
Moussa was convicted in
March 2009 of three counts of Stalking. Moussa
was given the maximum sentence of 3 ˝ to 7 years on each charge consecutive
to each other and consecutive to the sentence currently being
served. These charges stem from incidents that occurred in
These convictions follow Moussa’s convictions in November of 2008 on one count of
Witness Tampering and one count of Stalking for which he is currently serving a
3 to 6 years sentence at the New Hampshire State Prison. Moussa was also convicted of one count of Stalking in
December of 2005.
