Sex Offender Sentenced

Brentwood-Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams announced that Vincent Moser (DOB-3/26/72) of 10 Fairway Drive, Apt #3410, Derry, was sentenced Thursday by Judge Tina Nadeau to NH State Prison for 17 1/2 to 40 years on five counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, six Misdemeanors Sexual Assault, and five counts of Simple Assault.  The victim was interviewed at The Children's Advocacy Center. The case was investigated by Detective Ken Richards and Sgt. Pete Morelli of Derry PD.  Assistant County Attorney Howard Helrich and Victim Witness Coordinator Tara Longo prosecuted the case. 

Jim Reams stated, "I am glad that the hard work of the Derry Police Department, combined with the members of my staff, has resulted in justice for the victim and Moser is going to be behind bars for a long time"."
