County Attorney Jim Reams announced that on December 13, 2007
the N.H. Supreme Court issued an Order upholding the Aggravated Felonious
Sexual Assault conviction of John Martel (DOB 10/20/68), formerly of 237
Riverdale Avenue, Manchester, NH. Martel was convicted by a Jury on April 10, 2006
for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault. Martel is currently serving a 10
to 20 year prison sentence.
