Douglas Maroun Charges Dropped

 

Brentwood -        County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the charges filed against Douglas Maroun have been dropped.  Maroun was arrested as a result of an investigation of the gunshot injuries to Charissa R. Maher on February 28, 2006 in Windham, NH . “The charges were dropped because the victim has suffered a recent medical setback and is not able to cooperate with the prosecution, at this time.  While the case remains open, it is unfair to continue to have bail conditions on Mr. Maroun”, said Reams.
