FANDOZZI CONVICTION UPHELD

Brentwood - County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that Judge Tina Nadeau has denied a defense Motion to Set Aside the defendant’s conviction based upon allegations of juror misconduct.  The Judge conducted interviews with all jurors and concluded that no misconduct occurred.  The defense claims were based upon information obtained by the County Attorney’s Office and disclosed to the Court and Defense Counsel.  Reams said, “I felt that it was my obligation to disclose the information even though I did not think that it called into question the jury verdict.  I am not surprised that Judge Nadeau agreed”.
