Sex Offender Convicted

Brentwood -  County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that a Rockingham County Jury has convicted Jerry M. Jones (DOB 8/10/71) of 13 Tuna Terrace, Portsmouth of 4 counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault against a 7 year old girl.
 
"I am pleased that the jury convicted this predator, since Jones is already serving a NH State Prison sentence for other crimes, we will attempt to extend his stay at the NH State Prison for as long as we can", said Reams.

Jones is already serving a 2 to 4 year sentence for using a computer to seduce a child (internet sting) with a consecutive 2 to 5 years NH State Prison for Possession of Child Pornography.  The arrest in these cases triggered the disclosure in the aggravated felonious sexual assault case.
