JOHNSON CONVICTION UPHELD

 

Brentwood -  County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the N.H. Supreme Court upheld the burglary conviction of John Johnson (DOB 1/10/71), formerly of 38A Bog Road, Goffstown, NH.  Johnson was convicted by a jury on August 3, 2006, for the December 24, 2004 Londonderry DHL burglary.  Johnson is currently serving a 3 ½ to 7 year sentence for this crime.
