Supreme Court upholds Ingraham Conviction

Brentwood -  County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the NH Supreme Court upheld the conviction of Keith Ingraham in an Order released today.  The Court rejected the defendants claim that the Judge should have been recused due to sitting on prior hearings.
Ingraham was a Tae Kwan Do instructor that ran a program for "troubled teens" at Newmarket High School and used his position to take advantage of a young girl in his program.  "I am not surprised that the Court upheld the conviction and hope that this ends the legal odyssey for this victim and her family", said Reams.
