Fuller sentencing delayed, again

Brentwood -      County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the Rockingham County Superior Court has notified his office that it has continued, at the request of the Defendant, the Sentencing Hearing, originally scheduled for Monday, September 25, at 1 P.M., on James Fuller. Fuller was an employee at the Bayview Crematory. The new Hearing date has yet to be announced by the Clerk’s Office.
