Fandozzi indicted for assaulting infant

 

Brentwood -  County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the Rockingham County Grand Jury has returned Indictments against Gurrie A. Fandozzi, II (DOB 5/19/66) currently of 40 Amherst Street, Apt #4, Nashua, NH for five counts of First Degree Assault on a male infant between June, 2006 and August, 2006.  The Indictments allege "recklessly causing serious bodily injury by inflicting spinal fractures, arm fractures, leg fractures, rib fractures and a skull fracture." 

 

Each charge carries a penalty of 10 to 30 years in NH State Prison.  "I anticipate that Mr. Fandozzi will be arraigned in the Superior Court in the next few weeks.  Under Court Rules, after the Arraignment all of the investigatory file will be turned over to Mr. Fandozzi's attorney.  The matter will then be scheduled for trial", said Reams.
