DAVIS CONVICTION UPHELD
Brentwood -
County Attorney Jim Reams announced today
that the N.H. Supreme Court entered an Order upholding the conviction of
Frederick W. Davis (DOB 11/24/42), formerly of 35 Harriman Hill Road, Raymond,
NH. Davis
was convicted by a Jury on March 26, 2007 of two counts of Aggravated Felonious
Sexual Assault (06-S-1810, 06-S-1815, Class A felonies, 10-20 years max., each)
and 1 count of Indecent Exposure and Lewdness (06-S-1816, Class B felony, 3 ½ -
7 years max.) against a young boy. Davis
is currently serving a 10 to 20 year sentence for these crimes imposed by
former Judge Patricia Coffey.
“I am glad that the Court has rejected the
Defendants Appeal and victim can put this experience behind him”, said Reams.
