DAMELIO CONVICTION UPHELD

Brentwood - County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the N.H. Supreme Court upheld the conviction of Anthony D’Amelio for the Dispensing Drugs; Death Resulting. D’Amelio (DOB 10/24/43), formerly of 20 Cove Road, East Kingston, NH was convicted by a Jury on May 4, 2007 for the April 15, 2006 death of Ryan Scamman-Rawson.  Damelio is currently serving a 15 to life sentence for this crime.

“I hope that this case, like the other drug death cases that we have successfully prosecuted sends a message to the drug dealers that you are responsible for the havoc that your drugs create”, said Reams.
