LEWIS CONNER
SENTENCED TO NH STATE PRISON
Brentwood -
County Attorney Jim Reams announced today
that the N.H. Superior Court Judge John Lewis sentenced Lewis Conner (DOB
10/18/68) of 32 Wedgewood Drive, Londonderry to the NH State Prison for 1 ˝ to
3 years on the Possession of Narcotic Drugs with the intent to Sell (08-S-1802)
charge based upon a negotiated plea. On other counts Lewis imposed the 3
˝ to 7 years NH State Prison, suspended for 10 years and 3 ˝ to 7 years on 4
additional charges suspended for 5 years. The sentences are consecutive
to each other.
Conner was a victim of a “road rage”
incident on Rockingham Road
in Derry on February 4, 2008 involving Miguel
Vazquez. Conner was charged with 6 counts of Drug Possession with Intent
to Distribute. “Conner suffered a significant leg injury in the “road
rage” incident and is still fighting to keep his leg as a result of the
injuries. The injuries were a significant factor in the agreed upon
sentence”, said Reams.
