Suspect Arrested in Plaistow

Brentwood -        County Attorney Jim Reams announced today that the Rockingham Sheriff’s Department arrested Angel Bermudez-Rosario, of 284 Talbot Avenue, Dorchester, MA, DOB 2/15/83 for 6 counts of Possession of Controlled drugs and 8 counts of Sales of Controlled Drugs and 2 counts of Reckless Conduct (motor vehicle as a deadly weapon).  The Rockingham Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Plaistow Police Department and Kingston Police Department in the arrest. Bail was set at $250,000.00, cash only, by a Judge LaPointe at the Arraignment on the charges this morning in the Exeter District Court.

“During the arrest two shots were fired by law enforcement.  Consistent with the Attorney General’s policies, the Rockingham County Attorneys Office has been assigned the “officer involved shooting’ investigation and the State Police is investigating that aspect of the arrest, at my request. This is an ongoing investigation and it is my hope that a Preliminary Report can be finished next week”, said Reams
